Positive Affirmation

This is for anyone who needs it! This image was created from my original photograph of the moon. Using an app on my mobile, I mirrored the image twice and added the text to create a positive affirmation for myself.

When I feel insecurity sweep in and I start feeling like I am not good enough, I pull up this image and repeat the words out loud, ten times. It is a very powerful tool I learned from my therapist years ago.

If you do not already use positive affirmations, I highly recommend them. The therapeutic value of positive words spoken out loud is priceless.
