Hello there!
I’m here with my newest drawing one of the most talented, beautiful and inspiring person ever, Marina Lambrini Diamandis [aka Marina and the Diamonds].
I drew her once a really long time ago, and I want to draw her again – the exact same picture of her, to see how much I improved through the years… So if you’re interested, please comment, and I will share it here too! 🙂
But now… about this drawing –
I made it on A5 – art paper, I used polycolor colored pencils [they’re my favorites, haha], white gel pen. I needed 3 days to make it.
Hope you like it! I loved drawing her again!

I can’t tell if the colors in her hair are meant to be dye or reflected light but it is brilliant either way…
Her ‘real’ hair color is black, so it’s the reflected light:) thank you so much!
I am a fool for reflected light, but I also respect some nice dyed streaks
The painting is so beautiful! The process shows inflows smoothly direction and clarity. Nails of the painters are also very fascinating! The explanation is full of vigor! This post is beautiful in total!
