Free Fall (Artwork)

I made a few of these free fall type art designs. I wanted an art piece that spoke of freedom without having to type the word.  I made this art piece very dark to help the mood of the piece.  The person is escaping a dark part of their life and free falling (finding freedom) to a better place/life.

I made this using Gimp like my other art designs.  I chose a red background and used the “sun ray” brush to create the black lines.  I kept the design very simplistic and did not add a lot of extra stuff; it was unnecessary.

What do you all think of this art piece?  Do you like the idea behind it?  I would love to hear your feedback.
