One of my favorite photography subjects is flowers. They are fun to take photos of because they are so photogenic. Photographing flowers can be an art form in itself, at least in my opinion. Do you agree?
These are a handful of shots I have taken over the past few years. Some were just taken with a digital camera, some with a phone camera, and there might be 1 or 2 taken with my DSLR camera. Honestly, I think my newest phone’s camera takes better shots than my DSLR– but that may be user error.
A lot of these photos say PoeticEnigma Photography on them, but as you all know by now – that’s what I went by on older sites (like Redgage &Bubblews).
I would love to know what you all think of these photographs! Also, which is your favorite?

Number 1 is a Gerbera Daisy
Number 2 is a guess, It could be a type of wild sunflower.
Number 3, an orange Gerbera Daisy
Number 4 is a guess, Tickseed?
Number 5, I am not sure either…
Number 7 is not a coneflower, The coneflowers all have a raised cone looking center. My guess would be some kind of African Daisy.

Beautiful photographs, Mom! There’s a lot of variety and though it’s hard to choose, I believe my favourite is that gorgeous pink, the one you call “Flower #1” 🙂
