The Bunny Angel Watercolor
I saw the cutest photo of a girl posed with a little white bunny and I thought that would make a great angel pose. So I chose a girl wearing red and posed her with a ceramic bunny. I didn’t have access to a real bunny unfortunately. I always loved how my daughter looked disjointed when she sat. She could put her legs on either side of her in a way that made me feel pain looking at it. Anyway, I created this angel picture with that pose. Again I used the wrinkled paper technique, drawing the pose first then wetting the paper and wadding it up. I painted the background first letting the paint soak into the cracks and bruises made when it was wrinkled. I love the effect it creates.
