A Moonlight Long

A moonlight Long

27 Sep 2016

STAY HERE

a moonlight LONG

SEE

shining nothings

IN SONG

DANCE the high laughs

sweet that BE

beyond the SUN break

DAY will melt

you FREE

and in the pages

of merry old TIME

DAY SHORT and LONG

I WILL WRITE

sweet words to you

in endless SONG

BRING the DRUM

and runner

a piper or TWO

AND I’ll WRITE a sweet WORD

like never before HEARD

AND moonlight slips

so sweetly away

sleeps in forest HEAPS

WHILE the day

enjoys the bands

and music

and a chance to enhance

its PLAY
