We had some doves visit our backyard a while back. Best as I can tell, these are Eurasian Collared Doves. According to this article, the Eurasian Collared Dove was first spotted in the continental United States in the early 80s, and it has been spreading across the United States ever since. Luckily, the doves left our picnic bench clean.
