Pharmaceutical company Bayer AG is finally starting to see the light in regards to Monsanto, the manufacturer of the weed killer known as RoundUp. Over 13,000 lawsuits have been currently placed within the US judicial system.
Instead of litigating each and every case, Bayer is looking to settle in all of these lawsuits because the amounts of the first three lawsuits they lost were $900 million, $289 million, and $80 million. Settling the lawsuits would be estimated at $10 billion.
One cannot “own” seeds Patents are for machines, seeds are not machines.

In the link below from earlier this year, four major companies own 60% of all seed sales, which means that they control 3/5 of the seeds. https://civileats.com/2019/01/11/the-sobering-details-behind-the-latest-seed-monopoly-chart/
Right. There are many who are trying to take these corporations on.

Food, water, and shelter ___ These have to recognized as rights of every human being on our planet. Not privileges !
If you control food, you control people …. this is pure unmitigated evil.
Hallelujah! Testify, brother Faxon! That nonsense is what brought Monsanto on my radar to begin with…
Lets see who win , Thank you for sharing
Hopefully, the people will win, but there might be a loophole.
They could end up declaring bankruptcy; and no one will get paid.
Bayer would not do that because they would lose their formula on how they make aspirin. Also, Monsanto owns 60% of the seeds in the world.
That’s very interesting. Thanks for sharing that information.
