Here in the Philippines we simply call them “palaka” which translates to “frog”. Or maybe I just don’t know the translation of the word toad to Filipino.
Anyways, my 4-year-old son has been catching some “frog” around the house and he puts it in a make-shift ‘fish tank’ that I made out of a 7-liter mineral water bottle.
Generally, we call it a frog. The question is, is it really a frog?

Frogs have longer legs than toads.
I guess this is a toad then.
