If you’ve seen my initial JFF challenge then you know I am having trouble picking out the best looking bark for the dryad. I want to sort the materials out before I start messing around with the camera angles and the light rig, so please let me know your preference

I like #4 best because I do not care for green bark on that kind of tree. But that is just me.
it is moss covering the bark, but I don’t mind doing two versions…
In theory I supposed such a tree could be totally enshrouded in moss, but I would rather see the moss just here and there with the bark color showing through more prominently. Also I would like darker moss on the gray bark and lighter moss on the brown.

The moss really indicates a passage of time, which I think underscores the injustice
