The Fire & Ice Smokehouse & Creamery is located at 104 West Railroad Street in Marengo, Illinois (McHenry County).
The photo was taken using a Nikon Coolpix P7700 camera and edited using ACDSee Ultimate 2018. Frist I straightened the image, cropped and adjusted the lighting. I boosted the contrast, clarity and the saturation in the greens, cyans and blues.

That is too bad about the rain, but looks like you made the best of it.
This photo was taken while we were on the way home on Saturday when the sun actually made an appearance.
I can’t help but notice what else is in the picture, besides the cone. Namely, I noticed the fire hydrant and the Bud Light sign. There could be a story in that.
The cone is in front of a restaurant. I have a photo showing it but I thought the cone by itself was more interesting.

It must be fairly new. It’s in good condition and it wasn’t there a few years ago.
