I agree evergreen content is important, but so it the title. I like to share content on social media. I’m amazed at the number of people who have titles that tell very little about the subject and do little to arouse curiosity about content. This is especially true of challenge posts here. People who aren’t on this site won’t click on things like 365 Challenge: Day 230. They want to know what the post is about before clicking. I’m more likely to share a good post if the author helps me with an engaging title so I don’t have to completely rewrite the “hook” before posting.

I find that there are topics I write about and then am pleased to see that a year down the road someone new has commented on my article. I attempt to write about what I know would interest me and then write so it will be interesting at least hopefully for others.
Hi, Sandra, It sounds like you found a winning niche. My original idea was, to work hard, writing as many of those posts with lasting interest, and then to collect a residual income from them. Unfortunately, four of the companies I had written for, crashed, taking my work and thousands of other’s efforts with them. I’m not one to give up easily, so I’m trying to get it done once again. Speaking of commentators commenting on old sites, my page on Wikinut.com still get 200 to 500 visitors every week according to their graph app.. A huge pity, the owner stopped paying. Andre just wanted to mention another thing that greatly helps with content. I have folders for all the work I post online. So everything is with me and saved on my PC. That way when a site I am on goes under I have my original content. I look it over and see what needs to be improved updated or rewritten and then I get it all shiny and new and I have a chance to post that content once more. This has helped me greatly many times and let me share things once more with better results than the first time.
You are a woman after my own heart! I save all my stuff as well. I had unfortunately lost my offline Niume M.S.Word file. When they crashed, my computer’s hard drive crashed too. thank you for your useful tip.

That to me is where the MAIN focus needs to be at

I have seen well heard a lot of people do it backwards
& to me that’s o k IF it works but can it really LAST?
