Each of us needs magnesium

After a long time, I have problems with leg cramps again. I’m just visiting a therapist, so I talked to her about this problem a bit. It was nice to explain everything to me and advise me what to do. We found out that I lacked magnesium.

Each of us needs magnesium.

Magnesium is the fourth most common mineral in the human body. It is most common in bones and teeth, about 60 percent or 65 percent, the remainder is in muscle tissue and cells, and one percent is in the blood.

The role of magnesium in the human body is remarkable. It helps to promote metabolic processes, including the release of energy from food. Each cell in the human body therefore needs an appropriate amount of magnesium.

The lack of magnesium, among other things, causes:

  • headaches,
  • migraine,
  • fatigue,
  • dizziness,
  • sleepiness,
  • nervousness,
  • dizziness
  • and pain in muscles and muscle spasms.

The body of magnesium can not form only, so it should be entered on a daily basis with food and drink, food supplements.
