Today’s rose is a pink one. Pink roses were the first color rose cultivated. They were grown in China’s Imperial rose gardens about 5,000 years ago, but the first trace of the pink rose was found in fossils dating back 40 million years! Nowadays pink roses are found in different shades of pink. One of them is the one in the photo.
Another shade of pink rose : here
“The rose is a rose from the time it is a seed to the time it dies. Within it, at all times, it contains its whole potential. It seems to be constantly in the process of change: Yet at each state, at each moment, it is perfectly all right as it is.”– Paulo Coelho
