Stacy as many of you know loves to cook, so why her place is on lockdown she loves to cook with me. The recipe is simple. Just mix a pound of turkey burger, duck egg, garlic powder, parsley, and ketchup. I did not have gluten-free breadcrumbs so I decided to grind up gluten-free cauliflower tortilla chips in a blender and use that. It worked well to bind all the ingredients together. The meatloaf turned out great. We served it with mash potatoes and steamed peas.
We have been cooking a lot more than usual as well. I even thought about baking bread.
