This is the cake that my niece made. Although I have watched the whole preparation process, I doubt whether I will get this beauty. For me, cooking is an art, but here in the pastry shop, a talent for an artist is needed. Do you agree with my view.

I know that I can decorate cakes but these days too busy for baking or cake decorating maybe I should do it as a living but you cant sell cakes unless you have a commercial kitchen in NZ
