The common myna or Indian myna, sometimes spelled mynah, is a member of the family Sturnidae native to Asia. An omnivorous open woodland bird with a strong territorial instinct, the Myna has adapted extremely well to urban environments and appear unfazed by changing weather temperatures.
First arrived in South-Africa to control pests. With their arrival, these Common Indian Myna (Acridotheres tristis) in a region signals a disaster to come over local bird populations anywhere in the world. This is an extremely aggressive bird and chases out native birds and small tree-dwelling marsupials. It is not uncommon for them to attack humans when they feel threatened.

The myna in Singapore are tame that they don’t mind people taking their pictures.
Do you know why they are so invasive? They go around chirping, “It’s myna!”
I’m not sure if they are in the U.S. or not. I’ve never seen one myself, but that doesn’t mean they are not here!
Spain is a big country, maybe there is such a bird in some area.
