Infamous characters the world loves to hate, are, in no specific order, and no “hot” or trending list is even halfway complete, without its villains, for instance,

To mention just a few, in order to prove my point, once again, which is, that controversy sells! You are here, right? Based on the past, you just could not resist, what this “crank” is up to again, with a headline like “You Probably Knew About This Issue.” right?
And I love you for it, I truly do.
Oh, you may even be visiting this article incognito, under the radar so to speak, depending entirely on your ego, that’s fine too, I’m more concerned with the faceless stats as a portion of the known list of active members
When I say the following I mean it in it’s the most literal sense. Lists of trending stories of necessity feature at least one controversial story interspaced in the list of “pretty nice” tales and regular pictorial fare. I am not excluding our own in house trending list in any way shape or form. Research through umpteen titles during the past four and a half years, of my association with Virily, promise imminent doom and disaster, my own headlines included.
No novel would exist in the absence of an antagonist, be it in the form of a person or agent, heck, pretty much, no recording of an event will make it without an evil person, bug or circumstance to overcome, contain or evade. It’s simply recorded in your telomeres and DNA, why you respond a bit quicker when there is a bit of intrigue and a pinch of mayhem in the tale? Cops and Robbers dramas are way ahead of stories of; “How The Clock Doth Tic” or “How to trim your Bonsai with a pair of nail clippers.”
Even Alfred Hitchcock would have been a nonentity without his Psycho, character, Alan Bates, and what of Hans Christian Andersen? He would have been a huge unknown washout if Snowwhite never had her evil queen, Hansel & Grettle had no evil Witch or if Jack and his beanstalk had no Giant, etc. And what of those “sweet-sounding” nursery rhymes, “Ring-a-ring-a- Rosie, a pocket full of posies, or Hickory-Dickory-doc. you do know about their “dark-side”, right? It’s simply an inescapable truth, and right on top of it all sits the “Grand Mama” of them all, “Drumroll! “Halloween!”, currently driving up the global felonious crime-stats, perpetrated by assailants in Halloween costumes. Perhaps the quote: “Revenge is a dish best served cold.” Should have read: “Controversy is a dish, best served frozen” Lol.

There are many characters that we enjoy seeing but also hate. I love to watch Disney animated movies now and then. One of my favorites is The Princess and the Frog. In it the voodoo guy the Shadow Man is a character that is truly hateful but the movies are fascinating. As I watched it again I thought to myself that some of the latest Disney movies actually are tuned more to adults than children. I could not see children seeing such acts of voodoo and whatnot.
Good for you, the longer I’m associated with you, the more I like how you think and reason. You would be an incredible mom for a child. What a nice treat for a child to have a mom that writes poems and watches fantasy movies. ??????

They sure were controversial but would the shows they were featured in, have been as exciting without them, DALLAS without JR Ewing? No, I think not.
