There is more tea in the world than coffee. There are differing opinions about coffee. There are both good and bad things about drinking coffee. Here’s what the latest research says.Drinking coffee in 1 to 4 cups a day is good for metabolism. It reduces the risk of metabolic syndrome. What is it now?It is a group of metabolic disorders that includes high blood pressure, high cholesterol, obesity and an increase in blood sugar. To me, that’s good news.Although I drink mostly 2 cups of coffee a day. They did not discover anything new, so did our grandmothers, to be moderate in eating and drinking. So the limit is 4 cups of coffee a day, who only loves it so much.

We just have to be moderate with anything that we drink. For example, water is good to drink, but if anyone takes in too much water, then that person will drown.
This is what I emphasized in the text. It should be moderate in everything.
Thanks for your comment.
i start each day with coffee. But my wife and I are very careful how much we drink.
You adhere to the moderation advice.
That’s good for you. Thanks for the comment.
you bet! always happy to talk about the value, and risk of coffee!!!
Thanks Doc I trust you.
I bet on football matches, but I pass poorly.
i understand 🙂 do you like coffee or do you prefer tea?
In the winter I drink more tea and in the summer coffee.
I drink Nescafe with milk
Me too. I use an artificial cleanser and add milk.
I just mix with a teaspoon.
I don’t think I would get the foam.
I love coffee but I never drink instant coffee.
Of course it is a matter of taste.
Generally applicable to all types of coffee, Turkey, Nash, Instant Filter atc.
A suggestion is given about the amount it is good to consume during the day.
But it’s also individual.
I too love Nescafe coffee, only one cup per day.
In the morning I drink regular home-made or Turkish coffee and in the afternoon a big cup of Nes coffee.
