Hello everyone. Christmas is only about a week away and I’m still not ready! I have gifts I still need to make and buy.
This Christmas my family and I will be eating dinner together and spending time with each other. That’s the best part of Christmas. The dogs run around and play with the wrapping paper, we turn on peaceful Christmas music, and enjoy our time together.
Do you do a traditional Christmas dinner or are you more unconventional like us? We are doing a crawfish dinner for Christmas this year. Sometimes we do a Christmas breakfast instead of a dinner. Do you have any Christmas traditions?

I do not do anything special but I love Christmas
I’m late but I wish you all the best, anyway!
Enjoy the holidays, savor the moments.
It’s always fun when it’s celebrated with your loved ones. 🙂 I am going to celebrate the holidays with my family. Here in Bulgaria, Christmas eve is very special, for Christmas in my family we don’t follow the traditions strictly.
Happy Holidays!
I haven’t even thought of Christmas as yet. I don’t think I will celebrate it this year. Maybe we will go out for lunch as our older boy won’t be with us for Christmas.
Christmas can be a particularly challenging time for those who are grieving: the gathering of family makes the one who is missing conspicuous by their absence. But even those of us in that position can benefit from having family around for a while, in mutual support. I still love Christmas, but nowadays there is a degree of bitterness mixed with the season’s natural sweetness.
I have a lot to do until Christmas. I was not in the best condition for the preparations this year.
