I got the chance to have some fun after my workout this afternoon. Part of me has this interest in yoga and would love to incorporate it into my workout regime while training for the marathon. I feel that it will keep the blood circulating throughout my body, as well as being a reasonable alternative to stretching while allowing me to meditate in the process.
The shoulderstand pose feels so good, but in the future I would love to work more on the bow, and lotus poses.

I have a bit neglected my yoga exercises, need to come back to them.
It is so easy to fall off with it. I have actually consider looking for an actual yoga class to keep up with it instead of in-between or after my regular workouts
