First, you could say his name. Then he was a sign. Then you could say his name again. When you say the name of the iconic and legendary singer / songwriter / musician Prince, the song “Purple Rain” is probably what comes to mind, although he was so much more than a one-hit-wonder. He passed away at age 57 and he spent 50 years of his life in the entertainment business. He wrote his first song at age 7 and by age 17 he had signed a recording contract with a prestigious company.
Here are a few more random facts about Prince. Feel free to add to this list.

I loved listening to Prince … he was a great singer and it was a pity he was gone
His death did come as a shock. He was only in his 50s.
He was a legend and gone too soon.
So many legends left too soon. Michael Jackson, Whitney Houston, David Bowie, etc.
Not much of a fan. I do enjoy some of his work.
No surprise. A lot of are not really fans. But some of his music is OK.
honestly i liked some of his early stuff. I really didn’t like the later stuff as much. Purple Rain was the peak for me!
I think Purple Rain was the peak for him too. Good thing he developed other artists.
now that he was amazing at!
