This may not be 100% Keto friendly but it is healthy and will not hurt my weight loss goals much, I sliced some cabbage and put it in an oiled skillet with a little olive oil. Then I spread a little garlic hummus on them both. I put some slices of turkey on them, and put some apples on the top, and simmered them until tender. My husband Ray enjoyed it a lot. I was surprised how the garlic hummus brightened up the taste of the cabbage.
the picture does not look as good as it did when I made it. Take my word for it and try this recipe. Then post if you liked it or not. I actually did not use fresh apples. I put some dehydrated apples in the pan until softened, and then put them on top of the dish.
Interesting, it might be worth giving it a try, although I think its best to first taste it from someone’s else’s hand.
You have great imagination Bradley so imagine it, it is great tasting lol.
It sounds really good!
