Late bloomers are often looked down upon, but not these. Last weekend we decided to meet one of our loved ones after 73 days. On the way to her home is this street full of cassia fistula trees. This street looks beautiful with its carpet of gold when the trees are in bloom and guess what I was in luck , most of the tress were late bloomers only a handful of them were done blooming.
This is a little detour from the route we were supposed to take and it was totally worth it. The streets were paved in golden blooms and the tress were loaded with flowers.
Since it is covid season no one was out and about. I stood under the trees for a good ten minutes enjoying the beauty all around. This meant a lot to me. I felt light like the air, blissful as if I had seen heaven on earth.

Nature is one of the best medicines for the soul.
Ellie you are my soul sister LOL
The street must look beautiful. I have an allergy to pollen so I couldn’t enjoy it for long.
Oh no that is really sad😪 . It is amazing to walk on that street.
Nature is the piece of me, the part of me that is connected. I live in a world of disconnection, nature brings me back!
Indeed nature connect us, a very deep connection , it is a kind of soul connect that often heals hurting people.
that connection is a treasure. i know that it makes me feel like I can breathe every day (even when the pollen makes me unable to actually breathe)!
Hmm, so you also have a pollen allergy. But yes, it is a treasure indeed. To me it is worth everything in the world.
i struggle in mid-spring and mid-fall the rest of the year pollen doesn’t bother me. it doesn’t change my love of nature!
