The 2019 Carabao English Football League Cup will be played Sunday between Chelsea and Manchester City. Manchester City will be looking to repeat as League Cup champions after they defeated Arsenal 3-0 last year. However, Chelsea will be looking to build off of their momentum gained last week from advancing to the Europa League Quarterfinals. Please let me know who you will think will win the match.
