A neighbor is the person living close to you. Someone you see every day. Sometimes, you meet to discuss how to dispose of the refuse, handle curious strangers and clean up the neighborhood. At times neighbors quarrel, but they make up later. It is not a wise thing to make your neighbor your enemy. Some neighbors are single mothers with children. Some are so noisy that you can hear their conversation from a mile away. Some put on the music so loud, forcing you to listen.
No matter their shapes or personality, a neighbor is a person you cannot do without. We all need company.

I have a very good relationship with neighbors.
That is how things are supposed to be. You have to cooperate on so many things so a good relationship is needed.
I know most of my surrounding neighbors. It pays to know them a little in case of an emergency.
That’s the truth. Building relationships with one’s neighbor is important.
Absolutely it is, hard to do sometimes but we need to make the effort.
I imagined a scenario where we relate to our neighbors on a personal level, not as a group. See the first question: Do you have neighbors? That was in the plural, then I imagined that when we relate to them, we do it individually. My bad.
It seems odd that you only assume I have one neighbor. I really didn’t know how to answer so I just picked one.
