Who Else Wants to Be Successful?

Most people I know want to be successful. Every person I know is successful at some things. So what is missing here? It might just be that many don’t know “feel” successful even though they are successful in many areas of their life. There seems to be a disconnect between being successful and feeling successful.

It could be that we often focus on what we are lacking rather than what are our strengths are. Perhaps it is all about looking at situations from a different perspective. Let’s take a look at how we evaluate success in our lives and in the lives of others, based on feeling successful.

Ask yourself these questions, and please go deep and answer them from your heart.

  • Do I require others to acknowledge my successes before I can feel them?

    • Yes
    • No
  • Am I able to feel and celebrate the small successes?

    • Yes
    • No
  • Am I able to feel and enjoy the journey as well as the destination?

    • Yes
    • No
  • Do I let others know what I need from them in the form of feedback?

    • Yes
    • No
  • Are my expectations realistic?

    • Yes
    • No
  • Am I truly honest with myself?

    • Yes
    • No
  • Can I write 3 things I can do perfectly today?

    • Yes
    • No
  • Am I secure enough to ask for help?

    • Yes
    • No
  • Do you understand this is more than a poll, it’s a journey?

    • Yes
    • No

What do you think?

  1. A lot depends on what someone calls success. I guess it is a journey. By that you could talk about gardening and different races use different plants as food in their gardens
To some it could be being the best gardener or the best artist, personally I don’t compete with others, but try to compete with myself.
