Juicing is an easy way to get fresh nutrients into your system. It doesn’t mean that you stop eating whole foods. You may find that you eat smaller meal because you are feeling better and less hungry bases on the amount of nutrients that you are getting from juicing. Simply put the items you want to juice in the food processor or an item like a Nutra Bullet. Run it through a strainer to catch any chunks. I like mine over ice.
It takes time for the body to adjust to juicing. It’s been my experience to start small with few drinks and build up to using more. Start with one for a couple days and then add another every day. My optimum is 5 juices and two small meals a day. One of my favorite juices in apple, carrots and pineapple!

I juice to cleanse. I use the Nutrifit. This has kept me away from heart disease.
I love to juice in the summertime. I don’t eat half as much and I need to make sure that I am getting something good into me.
