All over websites ask you to tell them what you think. “Please let us know how we are doing.” Since one of the tasks in my professional life is beta testing I am skilled in that area. I have a lot of feedback. I am an expert in identifying issues and giving very detailed feedback.
Oddly enough, no matter what I send it I never receive any personal feedback. The automated response from the site who asked for the feedback is all the response I get.
“My Pillow” is a great example. I had put something in my cart because the site indicated they were low on that item. I had more questions about the item before I could make the purchase. I sent the email and waited. It was simple, an allergy question, they might have to ask someone but surely they will respond. Nope. Every day I get a reminder that there is something in my cart, but am I allergic to it they won’t answer.
