Wednesday Shadows – disperse all shadows

We are always waiting for something. Sometimes when we get cold, more than anything, we wait for the moment when we could get a cup of hot coffee or tea. Sometimes we wait for the waiter to bring the menu because the belly is no longer singing a solo, but a whole chorus party. We are waiting till the cake will finish baking, whose intoxicating scents have filled the house with coziness. Or all year long, we’re waiting for the summer to finally come. Or holidays.

We wait, slowly sipping a cup of coffee, until a hundred years unseen friend will join us.

We wait for the weekend, the call, the outing, the pay, the start of the movie, the end of the commercials, we wait for the start and then for the end.

We are waiting for the light in the room to light up and to disperse all the scary shadows.

Waitings are big and small, important and completely irrelevant. Only slowly passing in thoughts or those we live in every moment.
