This is the season here for watermelons. A truck stopped by our gate last evening with loads of watermelons. We bought one but not before reprimanding the sellers who had arrived without covering their faces. The masks were just hanging around their necks.
The watermelon was placed on the gate pillar. The maid sanitized her hand and picked it up and similar was the way money was handed over
It is now thoroughly washed and cleaned but I find it cumbersome to eat watermelon as it is loaded with seeds. I will probably make ice cream or just a juice.
