VULNERABILITY

Your vulnerability does not seem to have anything to do with positive changes in your life. However, look at it from the other side: we often avoid this condition, especially at those moments when you need to defend your point of view or accept someone else’s.

When you feel vulnerable and are capable of being reasonable, you get much more from any discussion. Ultimately, this allows you to get used to expressing your thoughts and not be afraid that the majority will not agree with them.

If you are 100% sure of all things, then something is definitely wrong. To avoid any subjective criticism you will need to submit your beliefs and be prepared to accept a different point of view.

  1. Let’s just say I am virtually in every way a mess. Meaning I have issues with anxiety and I am a very bad anxiety/panic attack survived that lasted a year to get me back on my feet. However, I had my mom helping me no I have no one and I fight against my nerves every day. If my days go according to plan and are quiet and peaceful I am fine but if anything goes unplanned those nerves just zing into place and I have to even yell at myself to get back on track,
