I don’t know the name of this sweet in English, I don’t even know if this sweet is cooked in many countries outside Europe.
Vermicelli is a fine-grained pasta used to make soups and sweets. In this case I made a sweet with milk, sugar and cinnamon. It is a very traditional sweet in my country and my grandkids love it.
I made this vermicelli for Sunday’s lunch, tomorrow it will be a surprise for them.
