Tired Feet and Legs

I don’t get this much, being in a wheelchair but occasionally it is a problem in my left which has to do the work of two anyhow, should you ever be troubled with this problem, you will find potato water a great help.  Bathe the feet in the water for a few minutes, then wrap them in a cloth on which you have sprinkled salt that had been heated for 2 minutes in a pan. Repeat this a few times and you will find that the tiredness will have disappeared.
