When I was young, I was shocked when I first time saw a plastic flower. During those days, only fresh and real flowers were put in a vase. But now it is the other way around. Fresh flowers are getting rare. In the picture is the ensemble of fresh flowers by a commercial building. It has a nice scent that pervades the atmosphere.

My husband often buys me fresh flowers and I love it.
Fresh flowers indeed more beautiful than the artificial one, but it more costly due to maintenance.
Fresh flower are always full of aromas.
Fresh flowers stay good for a day or two and may prove very expensive in the long run I guess
