Woo… I went over to my cousin’s and he has that 1K (actually it cost around 1.2-1.5K) earpiece … the Shure one … I forgot the model, actually I didn’t ask because well, its like over 1K!! I know it’ll never be in my budget!!
Anyway, I get to try it for free! And then well, the hi-fi people always say, “if you try a high-end one, it’ll be hard for you to go back down”… It’s quite true… but well, I didn’t let myself listen to it long enough but I can already tell there are differences between my $50-$60 earphone to that 1K one!
Sound quality, clarity and instruments … very much different, well at least to my ears…
By the way, its not the earphone in the cover picture :p

And very true in this case! Very nice sound from the Shure earpiece!
