Stop the Sluggish Brain

The control center of your body is the brain. If your brain is not running in “optimal mode” then nothing else is either. And kind of fuel (food) we put in our body is either a part of the solution or part of the problem. This information is what fuel needs to be monitored  if you want to have your brain (the control center of your body) running properly.

It’s important to note that balance is the key. We don’t want to be so restrictive your life becomes miserable and you want to find alternatives that will be helpful for your health and overall well being.

When you think of problem fuels you might want to consider things that cause inflammation. 

These foods actually cause your brain to swell. (We all know having a big head can be problematic.) We shall begin with a simple list of foods that should be monitored.

?white rice

?sugar

?trans fats
