When I want to eat steak but we have no beef (because it is pretty expensive) my recourse is to cook steak with no beef. It may sound silly but having something to eat with the semblance of steak is just fine with me. In the picture are the fried potatoes mixed with onions and a little soy sauce. That looks like steak no matter in what angle you look at it.
Now friends are telling me that my steak with no beef is actually a healthy meal. It is a stroke of luck that I have invented something for the health buffs. Isn’t that nice?
