All those grandiose gardens seem to be a thing of the past. There are many reasons for that. But we need greenery. Any tree, any plant that requires the least maintenance should be everyone’s choice, particularly those who have no time or have little knowledge to keep those roses alive.
My garden no doubt has colour and that is because gardening is my passion but I no longer concentrate only on flowers I even retain trees that just spring up giving a rather cluttered look but with forests being replaced by concrete jungles I will not mind that wild look knowing it will add to the greenery around
If everyone plants just one tree no matter where, it will add to the greenery

I love both greenery and blooms.
I know and I have seen that but there are many who have no time nor interest and then just some greenery planted could help
I try to always have enough greenery around me
