Solar eclipse a Natural phenomenon that happens at a regular interval. It happens when Moon comes in-between Sun nd earth in a straight line. There was a solar eclipse seen last week in Africa and Asia. This is a picture of how it was seen from the city of Nairobi.
No matter how many times you have seen it, One has always the same excitement to see it again. Was it seen from your place this time?
My question is different here. There are some taboos attached to it. Different places and cultures have belive. Have you have any such beliefs and thought about the solar eclipse?

I have not heard of any taboos and the moon, maybe myths.
what an interesting question – i know that there are many myths about Solar and Lunar eclipses in the lore of the first people.
i don’t personally have any but I have heard many over the years!
Ok, Thanks for replying. One myth about these is that don’t eat on the course of a solar eclipse.
