‘Sev puri’ is different from Bhel puri. One can make this at home as most of the items are available in the market. These puris are hard and crisp. The puris are neatly arranged on a plate and sprinkled with a good helping of ‘sev’ which again is available in stores Onion shreds, and coriander leaves are topped up. A sweet chutney gives it a great taste. The chutney is made at home from jaggery, tamarind and green chilies.
Puris and sev can be stored for future use.
Have you tasted ‘sev puri’?

It’s nice for Midnight snacks
I could say it is an all time snack (lol)
Never had it, but it sure looks good. I will be on the lookout for it
You get most of it in stores. You only need to make that ‘chutney’ and add onions and coriander leaves, chopped.
Never tasted it, is it vegetarian or a meat dish?
It is purely a vegetarian snack
I don’t mind vegetarian or meat. I am liking both.
