Self~Acceptance

One of the keys of happiness is to be able to accept yourself, right now, today without any excuses. It is not about making a judgement. It is simply accepting who you are right now. If you know who you are today, then you can make choices and decisions about who you want to be in the next two hours and eventually a lifetime. No excuses, no judgements, just this is who I am right now.

This takes practice. Simply looking from the outside in and knowing what is there can be terrifying and some people are carrying around a lot of baggage.

So please stand in front of the mirror and ask “who I am right now?” After you have done that return and answer some questions – try not to read the questions first!

  1. I know who I am, I know most of my flaws and qualities and I’m constantly fighting my demons ?. I accepted myself, but there still are things that can be improved, many things actually. But I won’t force anything, whatever I’ll achieve, I’ll do it naturally.
