Saturday Critters – Lace bug

This is not the first time I meet this insect. Last summer I had a lot of such insects invading my lemon tree. During this time of the year I did not see them in the area. I found this in the park, caught in a spider’s web. I think it  was already dead, because  it stood unmoved  while I was taking this picture.  It is only about 3 mm long.
