I have spent a lot of time the last few days researching resolutions. The history channel credits the ancient Babylonians to have been the first people to make New Year’s resolutions, some 4,000 years ago.
I like the idea of doing something to improve your life. I struggle with the thought that if you cannot accomplish a task one day the journey is over. So I am trying to gather resources that will allow me and perhaps others to participate in resolutions and be successful instead of perfect.
I will be asking for others thoughts as opinions as I create my version of my New Year Resolution Plan and am hopeful to get some honest, straight forward advice and opinions. Mine is not going to be an all or nothing plan. There are days when I can’t physically do anything, so there is simply not a 100% every day plan that I have figured out yet. We only have a few days! I am counting on you!

My best advice I can give you is to focus on your goal for 2019. Do not let insults or negative speakers kick you off the railroad track of life.
That is sound advice. It is usually me who gives up!
“That is how winning is done” which was a line from the motion picture “Rocky Balboa” which came out in 2006.
I call them goals in my life. And I do them all year not just for the New Year.
I have to evaluate my goals yearly, so it seems fun to do it at the new year. Most of goals need to be adjusted as my life is not stagnant. Will all the hospice and illness it changes a lot.
By the way, today I am going to watch the Christopher Robbin Movie. Are you interested in seeing that or happy to keep your memories and let it go?
