If you are sitting still like this too often, and is a sedentary person then you should start moving around more often. You may be on a diet. But, lots of diets, if not all diets, work best with the help of physical activities.
So, you can very well consider about going for a walk after every lunch? As for me, I have realized one great good thing now and that is since I am getting older, it is nothing but that physical activities such as taking a brisk walk around the garden or elsewhere that is very important to even have the chance to lose weight.
2. Make sure to be healthy. If a lot of people are not able to lose weight fast then it indicates that they are somehow diseased in one way or the other. Check up yourself with your family doctor and ask the doctor to explain to you exactly as to what it is that is not right for you.
