Rasmalai is a Bengali Sweet. Bengalis have a whole list of sweet dishes mostly made out of milk. They are sweeter than most Indian delicacies.
Rasmalai is not something that one can eat every day. It is normally served at weddings. This sweet is not difficult to make.
Milk is boiled and then curdled adding a bit sour lime juice. The water is then drained out. What we get is called Paneer. It is then properly mashed and balls are prepared. These balls are then cooked in boiling sugar syrup till cooked. They are then dipped in thickened milk which is flavoured with saffron and cardamom. The rasmalai is then chilled before serving.

It is easy to make Milk quality should be good.
Haven’t tried it yet. Looks so yummy.👍👍👍
We do not get good milk. If your milk is of good quality then your rasmalai will turn out super.
Sounds delicious but too rich for me
I understand Not everyone has a sweet tooth (lol)
My stomach can be sensitive, I would like it but my body will make me pay for it later.
I do not think your stomach will mind if you treat it once in a way (lol)
In small doses probably would be OK
I have known of those with diabetes do not give up sweets and yet live a healthy life.
Yes, as long as it is balanced with fruit and vegetables. I do eat the odd sweet, but some things are very rich and I am not used to eating them..I love chocolate.
