At a time like this when we are asked to boost our immunity to fight the Pandemic there is no better way to achieve that, than have fruits in our diet.
No doubt many fruits are seasonal but there will be some fruit or the other available at all times. Enough is not enough when talking about the health properties of fruits.
I have many fruits in my garden and in a while it will be time for mangoes. Fruits as you know are cholesterol free and all the more reason why they are recommended. It is however recommended that one has fresh fruit juice and not packaged juice.

I eat certain fruits. For today I have raspberries and for tomorrow strawberries. It has nice pastel colors.
Not all fruits are available throughout the year, except I think bananas.

Fruits eating is a good habit I eat bananas regularly and other fruits when in season. Are you not fondd of fruits?
Eating fruits is easier than making juice and yes in a way fruits have fiber which one must not forget.
Fruits may not be for everyone but your words about prevention being more important than cure are so true! I personally prefer whole fruit over juice, but I love orange juice too.
