Poll: Relax!

Taking time out from your busy schedule to relax is essential for most people. Some meditate, some read or watch a movie.

I like to watch Youtube videos to relax, or I take a nap. I used to meditate but no longer. I have found that meditation sometimes has intense spiritual implications, which I am not ready for. Therefore I no longer do it, but may again sometime in the future. Now relaxing for me is just to chill and watch videos mostly, in the evening hours.

  1. One thing I always do to relax is to soak in a hot bath. Usually with a book. I call it Hot Bath Therapy. And if I’ve had a REALLY stressful day I can stay in there for HOURS.
