If you have pets, you know that they fill our lives with love and joy. Now, science confirms the following: animals strengthen the heart, calm the nerves and help people become healthier.
One theory suggests that, during contact with animals, the level of oxytocin in the human body rises. This hormone improves communication skills, lowers blood pressure and normalizes heart rate, strengthens the immune system and increases the pain threshold, and also reduces the manifestations of stress, anger, and depression. Therefore, it is not surprising that people like to be in the company of a dog or cat (or any other pet).
The lives of humans and animals are inextricably linked. I believe that we need to learn to appreciate the sincere help and support that they can give us.

We have always had pets and doctors recommend to keep pets.
I would simply agree with these claims
Agree, each pet is cute although I have no time for it currently.
I do not know much about pets.
Indeed they do make us healthier, my two cats are like my children.
