The Pashmina shawl is the speciality of Kashmir. I own one as it is always my desire to go for something that is the speciality of a State or country where I go on a tour. .
The news that this shawl is banned is not correct. There is no reason for it to be banned as it is made from fur from mountain goats. The sheering is done in the normal course and the fur grows once again.
The shawl is soft to the touch and keeps me warm in winter. It is also something that enhances the beauty of the wearer.
